“Nodus Fall console” is a reasonable search. The trailer looks like something you’d play on a TV with a controller, not a phone between meetings. HoYoverse still hasn’t named a console — or PC, or anything else — in official materials from Gamescom 2026.

Official platform list: empty

The news post, world page, and homepage skip storefronts entirely. Gematsu, Game8, and Noisy Pixel all reported “platforms not announced” or “unknown platforms.” That’s unusual for a Gamescom ONL debut and annoying if you’re trying to plan a purchase, but it’s what shipped.

PlayStation

GamesBeat said PS5. Push Square said no confirmation. IGN’s row says PC only. ThePS5 write-up walks through that triangle without picking a winner.

Xbox and Switch

No major outlet has claimed Xbox or Switch with a straight face. Some Gamescom roundups speculated the game looked too heavy for mobile. Speculation isn’t a platform announcement. Until HoYoverse puts logos on screen, Xbox and Switch sit in the “no public claim” bucket.

PC

IGN listed PC on 26 August 2026. Database entries often lead official confirmation by months, or they’re wrong. UE5 co-op action on PC is plausible; plausible isn’t confirmed.

Why console feels likely anyway

Co-op mythic boss hunting is a living-room genre. Monster Hunter, Elden Ring co-op, similar scales — all of that lives on PS5 and Series X. The footage fits. The paperwork doesn’t.
